Returns and Refunds

Once you receive your order, please check that the product is free of defects or damage. Please note we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. We do not refund, exchange or cancel orders for change of mind. If you have a return or refund enquiry please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Order details

Please make sure that you check and provide correct details when placing your order. We are not liable for orders processed where information has been incorrectly provided. You are welcome to contact us as soon as you realise that the shipping information given is incorrect, but we cannot guarantee that we haven’t already processed your order.

Shipping information

All orders are shipped from Toowoomba, Qld, Australia during business hours Monday – Friday {AEST}. Your package will be despatched 1-3 days after your order has been received. All parcels are shipped with Australia Post. Packages will be sent with a tracking number which will be sent through once your order has been processed. You can track your parcel once it has been scanned into the system here. Due to the multiple impacts of covid on the postal system, packages are taking far longer that they would pre-covid eg. it has recently taken 3 weeks for a package to arrive in Melbourne.
